Managing Your Profile
Once your candidate profile has been created, it is very easy to update and maintain. Click on "Returning Applicants" on the right-hand side of this page, and sign in. Once signed in, you can modify your candidate profile.
My Profile：
By completing all the sections within this tab, your profile will be complete and saved. This makes it very easy to apply to future job opportunities. Your information can be edited and updated as needed. If you decide you are no longer interested in opportunities at Bayer and do not want to receive future notifications from us, you can delete your profile. If you delete your profile but decide later that you want to apply for a position, you will have to create a new profile.
Apply via LinkedIn:
After initiating an application, you can choose the "Apply with LinkedIn" function. This feature pulls your work experience and education information from your LinkedIn profile and uses it to complete the respective fields in the application.
Password management：
You can change your current password. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your password?” below the log-in fields. Enter the email address connected to your candidate account. We will then email you a link to reset your password.
Job Search:
Here you can conduct searches of all open job opportunities at Bayer. This includes global opportunities as well.
Below is an overview of everything in the Job Management section.
Jobs Applied：
Review your applications and status at any time. You can also withdraw an application if you decide that you are no longer interested in a certain position.
Saved searches/alerts：
Set up notifications regarding future job opportunities at Bayer. You can select certain criteria of interest and choose how frequently you would like to receive emails informing you of new opportunities.
Saved jobs：
When you have finished your job search, you can save positions as “Saved Jobs.” You can review these positions or apply to them at a later date without conducting another full job search.
Saved applications：
Here you will see a list of the applications that you have submitted.
My Interviews：
Congratulations! You have been invited to an interview at Bayer. To make sure you do not miss your appointment, you can check the time, date, duration, interview type and your respective contact person in this section.
