- 日常拜访区域内重点医院的关键客户,如院长、药剂科主任等
- 收集维护区域内关键客户信息,月度呈现给KA管理层
- 和区域关键客户维护良好关系,搭建有效的项目平台,确保项目的顺利实施,为公司建立良好的品牌声誉
- 收集区域关键客户及项目参与人员的反馈,做到持续改进
- 和销售部门紧密合作,分享医院药品准入方面的相关信息,共同推动产品在医院的准入及安全运营
- 与销售部、市场部在招标、医保事项等方面共同协作
WHO YOU ARE
- 大专以上学历,医药相关专业
- 至少2年KA工作相关经验,或销售管理经验
- 沟通谈判能力强,较好的客户管理能力,跨部门协作强
- 有策略性思考、规划及落地的能力
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide routine visits to key stakeholders in health management governments and hospitals, especially hospital director & Pharmacy head.
•Build/update data-base of key stakeholders in hospitals, and monthly report to KA Management.
•Implement company projects on targeted stakeholders smoothly and effectively, build up strong partnership with Key Accounts in region, and build good Bayer Brand Image.
•Obtain feedback and information from stakeholders and project participants timely and provide suggestion to HQ for on-going or future improvement
•Cooperate closely with local Sales teams, sharing information and project progress, cooperate in drug listing, removing amount limitation, and avoiding stopping prescription
•Cooperate closely with local Sales teams and Marketing teams in bidding and reimbursement affairs
•Receive and implement the assignment/tasks required by KA and company management
WHO YOU ARE
•2 years or more experience as District Sales Manager or KA Manager
•Excellent performance record
•Good skill and experience in communication and negotiation and good stakeholder management skill
•Good at Strategic thinking, planning and implementation Good collaboration with people internal and external
•Customer service oriented
•Be proficiency in computer skill
