Statement on disguised recruitment

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Recently disguised recruitment information on internet in the name of Bayer (China) Limited (the “Company”) were identified with false contact phone number and contact person, which seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and applicants. To prevent the applicants from property loss and even body injury and to protect the reputation of the Company, the following statement is hereby made:

1.  All recruitment information will be published by the Company and its affiliates on the official website of the Company ( and via headhunter companies duly engaged by the Company. Please be noted that any notice for interview, probation or offer published (sent) from any other source are not trustable.

2. For all external recruitment, the applicant must first be interview by HR of the Company, there’s never a case of giving an offer without interview process, the Company also doesn’t ask the applicant to pay any money in the name of medical check, cash pledge, deposit, training fee, etc.

3. In case of any illegally published recruitment information in the name of the Company or an affiliate of the Company, or in case of any doubt about the recruitment information, the applicant shall consult, identify, report via the official email published by the Company in order not to get cheated.

4. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against those who illegally disguise themselves as the Company in publishing recruitment information, either an entity or an individual, all infringements and illegal activities must be stopped in no time.
