Global "Learn to Lead" kicks off 1st program of China Leadership Academy
Bayer Greater China expects to reach 6 billion sales by 2015. This high growth calls for a significant increase of workforces. At the same time we are facing great challenges in a highly competitive talent market and the dilemma of promoting comparatively young and inexperienced leaders into management positions.
To approach these challenges proactively the China Leadership Academy initiative has been established - an idea born out of the China Day 2011 in Leverkusen. At a recent workshop the Bayer China business executives and senior HR managers decided that cross-subgroup trainings for newly appointed managers at all levels are one of the high priorities of the China Leadership Academy.
