Analytical Development Lead

Your tasks and responsibilities

 1. Ensure and supervise the development, validation and analytical
 transfer of the development projects.
 2. Ensure the analysis of batches for formulation trials, pilot trials,
 clinical trials, competing products and stability studies.
 3. Produce the analytical and microbial parts of assigned pharmaceutical
 and technical dossier.
 4. Lead the scientists and associated scientists in charge of assigned
 5. Provide the project team with analytical support.
 6. Suggest innovations required to improve methods of analysis.
 7. Manage and coordinate the microbiological analysis with PS and

 and involve your staff in risk assessment.
 - Ensure that your staff are trained and/or authorised for the tasks
 that have been allocated to them.

 Background & Education:
 Advance degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Science/Chemical engineering
 with at least 10 or more years of proven experience in analytical
 Required Skills/Abilities:
 Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills with a
 demonstrated experience of managing a team effectively.
 Advanced knowledge of analytical development trend and technology.
 In depth knowledge of CFDA regulation.
 Strong problem solving skills.
 Fluently in Chinese and English is preferred.
