CAP Key Account Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain potential CKA accounts, improve accounts' satisfaction and keep the strategic partnership with them.


  • To meet the sales target, execute CKA' investigation, propose CKA strategy. Implement the company's CKA sales policy, pursue sales leads, and promote product portfolio sales.


  • Cooperate with distributor to acquire their support in CKA projects, plan and execute CKA marketing activities and promotion activities and coordinate for field service to supply solution proposal.


  • Provide and update timely chain clinic profile and assist to chain clinic database set-up.


  • To match the business need, with the guideline of head of CAP BU, plan and execute the CKA annual development plan. Manage and retein CKA accounts to ensure consistent business growth and set up win-to-win strategic partnership with CKA


  • Plan the distributors' development, and optimize distributors' network. Coordinate the relationship between distributor and CKA and balance the interests of both sides.


  • Deliver company's latest policy and information to distributors, audit their activities according to company's relative requirements to maintain the fair and open market environment.



Who you are

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor and above degree, majored in Vet. or Animal Science. At least 5-10 years working experience in field sales or marketing in CAP industry.


  •  Specific knowledge & skills: good product knowledge and skill in sales and technology, CKA management and distributor management


  • Good skill in communication, conflict management, interpersonal relationship and problem solving.
