FAP Marketing Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals ,exert the marketing team’s function, contribute to achieve BU FAP’ established sales and profit goals.
  • 通过领导、指挥、评估和发展市场团队,发挥市场团队职能,以帮助FAP达成既定的销售和利润目标。
  • Set FAP products integrated marketing strategy and planning, conducting market research, overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance. Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
  • 制定FAP产品整体市场策略及计划,包括组织市场调研,监督产品设计、发展及定价,新产品上市及广告活动及监督销售业绩。在执行层面提出业务规划的建议以使与部门总体任务、远景和长期目标相一致的市场战略付诸实施。
  • Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
  • 制定广告宣传目标,提出媒体选择建议,分配内部和外部资源使得广告和促销针对于目标客户更加有效,经济和合理。   
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adapt marketing strategy and planning for the changeable market and competition.
  • 监督、分析和评估市场趋势、客户行为及竞品活动,发现市场机会,调整市场策略和计划,满足变化莫测的市场和竞争情况。 
  • Liaise with other functional and operational managers (particularly in sales, customer service, production, research and development) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other departments and align with the overall corporate objectives.                                          
  • 与其他职能及运营经理(尤其销售,客户服务,生产,研发)保持联络,以确保市场策略和活动与相关部门相互协调,与公司总体目标保持一致。
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, roll out campaigns for the organization's products (particularly countrywide large-scale activities such as seminars and KA forums)   in order to meet established sales or market share target.                                                                                            
  • •基于公司产品制定和执行市场计划,开展市场活动(尤其全国范围的,大型活动如研讨会和大客户论坛)以帮助达成既定的销售目标或市场占有目标。
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with, external research agencies and consultants to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service in close cooperation with technical service.
  • 与技术服务团队紧密配合,选择并管理与外部研究机构和顾问的关系,确保组织获取满意和标准的服务。
  • To follow up on return on investment of marketing and sales spend with the aim to optimize marketing-mix and promotion-mix.
  • 跟踪销售及市场的投资回报,以优化市场营销组合及产品组合。


Who you are

  • Education/Experience: Master and above degree, majored in Vet. Or MBA At least 5 years working experience in relative function.           
  • 教育/经验:硕士以上学历,兽医或MBA相关专业,至少5年以上同等职位工作经验。
  • Specific knowledge & skills: good product knowledge, profound technical background and strategic thinking and market acumen, good English skill.
  • 专业知识:良好的产品知识及深远的技术背景, 具有战略眼光和市场敏锐度,良好的英语技能.
  • Good skill in leadership, communication, conflict management, interpersonal relationship and problem solving.                                                                              
  • 良好的领导能力、沟通能力、冲突管理能力、人际关系处理能力及解决问题的能力.
