Quality Control Specialist
Your tasks and responsibilities
• Daily monitor service on all Bayer China product on-line service (or daily monitor service on all sales related systems on-line service)
• Daily coach service Reps to improve hotline's operation efficiency and capability.
• Provide knowledge support and training to service Reps within Contact Center.
• Fully responsible for handling special calls and following-up respectively according to the given guidance processes.
• Meet individual and team goals.
Who you are
• At least 3 years medical experience or at least 3 years IT service experience.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in customer service or call center.
• Quality Control experience is necessary.
• Proved ability to handle special service issue and complaints.
• Pharmaceutical/chemical industry background or IT background is highly preferred.
• Customer oriented with agreeable personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills
