Regional Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

·        Set up regional strategy and lead sales team to achieve regional sales target

·        Regional Staff recruitment and management

·        Regional budget allocation and control

·        Coordinate and cooperate with other Depts

·        Maintain relationship with Key customers

Who you are

·        Set up regional sales strategy and work out business plan to achieve regional sales target

·        Implement marketing strategy

·        Monitor& supervise supervisors to implement sales plan

·        Control regional budget, ensure the expense to be used effectively

·        Recruit qualified sales staffs and provide fully guidance

·        Motivate sales team and work out staff development plan

·        Supervise sales performance of supervisors and evaluate their career development
