商业拓展(高级)主管-昆明
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 在负责管理的区域内,执行区域业务拓展策略;
- 按要求完成经销商业务开展的考核指标管理工作,确保经销商的业务开展符合
- 协议中考核指标的要求;
- 执行区域业务拓展计划和行动计划;
- 定期与经销商进行业务回顾,确保业务指标达成;
- 跟进经销商内部流程,确保业务资源和考核指标得到具体落实;
- 执行各县域药品准入和医保准入计划;
- 定期完成区域市场信息收集和反馈:
- 确保各项行为符合公司LIFE价值观,并遵守公司合规准则;
WHO YOU ARE
- 超过1年行业从业经验,大学本科及以上学历
- 有类似业务管理经验,或商务、销售、经销商从业经验者优先
- 良好的沟通和谈判能力,能够与客户建立战略合作关系
- 具备一定业务分析和计划能力,在帮助下完成业务计划并跟进落实
- 能够整合多方资源实现业务目标
- 良好的学习能力,并勇于创新尝试新模式
- 愿意在压力下承担挑战性工作,并且可以适应经常性出差
