Production Group Leader

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead packaging line team to complete the packaging tasks according  to production plan in time. Some important operations or designated job  by supervisor shall be done by himself/herself.
• 带领生产线团队，按照生产计划圆满、及时地完成包装任务，一些重要操作或上司指定的工作本人亲自完成.
• To be the role model to operators, monitor operators to implement  batch records, SOPs and regulations, and fill in batch records  accurately and timely, check and confirm the accuracy and integrity of  batch records.
• 对员工起示范作用，监督员工良好执行批生产记录、操作规程和管理规定，并准确及时地填写批生产记录。检查确保完成的批记录的正确和完整。
• Train new operators and new positions, compile position training materials.  
• 培训新员工以及新岗位的操作，撰写一些岗位培训教材。
• Communicate with operators termly, evaluate their performance, and complete the PMP establishment and evaluation.
• 定期与线上员工进行绩效面谈，对他们的工作进行考核，完成对他们PMP的制定和评估。
• Participant OE projects, finish relative projects reports, and continuous improve with OE sense and tools, improve line efficiency.
• 参与OE项目，完成有关的项目报告；并以精益生产的理念对线体操作进行持续性的改善，提高生产线效率。
• According GMP and HSE requirements, manage packaging line, if there is abnormal thing happen, report to line manager immediately and solve the problem together with relative team, arise proper suggestions and adopt preventative measures to prevent accidents happen if there are potential problems.
• 按照GMP/HSE要求，管理生产线，如有异常情况立刻报告，并协同有关人员去解决问题；发现潜在的问题提出合理化建议，以利于及时采取预防措施，防止任何意外情况发生。
• Assist to complete documents and operations of deviation report, complaint, change, validation etc., ensure all GMP and HSE measures could be implemented well in production.
• 协助完成SOP,批记录母版，偏差报告, 质量投诉, 变更,确认验证等文件的编写和修改，完成相应的操作，确保GMP/HSE各项纠正和预防措施在生产线和工作中执行。

WHO YOU ARE

• High school or technical secondary school or above, major in pharmacy, food, chemistry or related  is preferred.
• 高中或中专以上学历， 主修制药、 食品、 化学或相关学科。
• Experiences in production of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, chemistry or relevant fields are preferred.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
• 有在药厂、化妆品厂、食品厂或其他相关领域的生产经验将优先考虑。
• GMP/HSE training  
• GMP/HSE 培训。
• Basic English skills in reading, writing.
• 具有基本的英语读、写能力。
• Ability to organize the routine work in the specific area and to supervise the operator.
• 具组织生产常规工作和管理操作工的能力 。
• Good GMP knowledge.
• 具有较好的GMP知识。
• Good computer operation skill.
• 具有良好的计算机操作能力。
