New portfolio Commercialization
1. Drive for development of local new portfolio strategies that includes:
a. Leverage solid knowledge on China healthcare reform and its application on whole industry value chain
b. Dig out insights on customer's needs and customer behavior preference.
c. Collect, analysis and anticipant the integrated healthcare treatment solution development trend
2. Steers the execution of new portfolio strategies
a. Scanning new products portfolio based on global overall brand / product strategies and provide insightful suggestion for top management
b. Explore innovative integrated healthcare treatment solution for China to maximize the value of both marketed and pipeline assets;
c. Provides new product launch expertise and support pre-launch planning activities.
d. Being focal point of BD&L, influence on the upgrade of Bayer portfolio strategies by contributing most advanced external & internal
e. Leads customer insights generation and ensure feeding into portfolio strategies and executional KPIs.
1. Drive for alignment among 3 Regional Managing Directors (RMDs) and Franchise Heads in resources allocation process (e.g. target setting,
budget allocating, annual incentive plan design and implementation)
2. Lead sales force excellence operations to ensure brand strategies are well aligned with the sales force operational principles and
3. Works closely together with cross-functional stakeholders, continuously improve Marketing & Sales relevant processes and systems.
4. Generate customer insights and validate brand strategies execution
Who You Are:
• Education and Professional Experience
o Master degree in life sciences or MBA with minimum of 8 year pharma industry experience;
o Good understanding of PRC healthcare environment, policy and market trends, and ability to translate that into implications and
o Basic therapeutic and commercial knowledge in relevant TAs are essential;
o Proven experiences in the fields of, but not limited to, portfolio strategy, operative strategic marketing, R&D, marketresearch,
sales force excellence, business operations in an international pharmaceutical company;
o Regional/international experience would be a plus;

o Strong leadership skills and demonstrated strategic thinking;
o Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, target and execution driven;
o Excellent communication capabilities and presence to influence, convince and achieve alignment;
o Ability to cooperate and work in teams, high level of interpersonal skills and intercultural skills;
o Ability to manage multiple teams to achieve objectives, and deliver high quality results;
