YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set, align, and define the Market talent strategy, lead and support implementation of Bayer’s approach to Talent Experience including talent philosophy, vision, goal, and in line with our company plan. Drive OneBayer Talent review processes to ensure consistency and rigor.
- Support market business needs and a qualitative employee experience by driving and supporting implementation of talent best practices, tools and processes ensuring all stakeholders alignment.
- Overall talent analysis and follow up of talent KPIs linked to competence need, key role readiness and diverse representation for all divisional areas in your market.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the market talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Create and maintain an environment at a market level of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Play a very active role in driving our Inclusion & Diversity efforts in your market, being visible and participating in local engagement community events while ensuring our global I&D ambitions are understood in your market.

- Have an active partnership role with the global/market talent leads to support key role readiness in your market (ensuring critical segments locally are covered) by coordinating talent pipelines, succession planning and deployments for global & local key roles and senior leadership positions.
- Responsible to lead the team locally that will serve as the talent experience expert organization to help accelerate the talent bench in the market being the liaison with the global learning experience teams for the most up-to-date and innovative learning content as well as the Talent Attraction teams so collectively, we develop and bring the right talent at the right time for the right role.
- Key player in making cross-move internally happen with one Bayer approach at a market level, fostering internal career progression and retention within the Bayer Group.
- Serve as a business partner with local managers and HR talent leads to implement and develop effective attraction, retention and development strategies that result in client satisfaction and performance standards. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the TA community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring in your market.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management processes and PM initiatives are focused and aligned with the market needs while improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Employee Platforms and data insights teams to collect and coordinate aggregate data for that market talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Influence at market level the implementation, guidance and execution of the performance management framework related to talent experience and career development.
- Responsible for making more visible career development tools that enables ownership for own development of our talent and delivers on our EVP promise.
- Coach, develop and support business leaders, HR teams to improve talent development methodology in your market.
- Responsible to speak up and bring the market view towards the global teams within ITE (Integrated Talent Experience) but also Total Regards, Organization and Culture, as well as Employee Experience platforms to bring their solutions and programs closer to your market and secure the relevant tools and infrastructure to meet expectations of your stakeholders.
- Bring external insights and perspective on how competitors and other companies develop talent pools to learn from external best practice
- Partnering with PROC and other FAs to develop and execute Bayerwide organizational and culture enhancing strategies (including Performance Culture activation), that foster culture, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness/agility
- This role would directly report to the Head of Integrated Talent Experience.
WHO YOU ARE

- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in business and/or other HR roles such as Organizational Development, with strong knowledge of the Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, HR, talent Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business discipline (or similar) is desirable Skilled in building strong working relationships to understand customer needs, deliver complex information and generate ‘buy-in’ from key stakeholders.
- General understand of full life-cycle talent experience and processes ecosystem, as well as experience of working ‘hands on’ with talent management tools and processes
- Experience in setting and supporting implementation of strategies and driving results within the HR function and divisions.
- Well-known leader for his/her/their operational execution skills, and ability to connect strategy with operations and on the ground execution.
- Ability to communicate to global stakeholders your market needs and influence them.
- Develop others within the company through coaching and mentoring
- Contribute with smart solutions and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ever changing deadlines, strategic, influential, and confident in building credible relationships at all levels within the organization. Experience in working in global, matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic talent initiatives, resilient, practical and a self-starter.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the cornerstone of talent journeys in the business and how to add value.
- Ability to assess and translate business strategies and talent implications and identify relevant solutions is essential.
- Strong knowledge of talent analytics, reporting and data insights to apply to organisational design and development principles, strategic planning and change management
